On arrival at the surgery please report to reception or use the self check-in near the TV in the waiting room, if you feel very poorly while waiting to be seen, please inform a member of staff and we will endeavour to get you seen as soon as possible.

We aim to keep the average waiting times to between 10 and 20 minutes, however this can not always be adhered to due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.  However, if you have been waiting for longer than 30 minutes please check back at reception.

We also have provision for patients to see a male GP on request this would be with a neighbouring practice and would need to be arranged in advanced

If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please cancel it!
